#fintech friends...It's really quite simple....

If AI can replace your strategy consultants,

you're working with the WRONG consultants.

Your consultants should be sharing wisdom (not just knowledge) - that means practical experience that's earned by years of execution. It's more than frameworks, it's what frameworks will work for you - based on the markets you serve, the products you offer, the competitive environment, the team you have, and the culture you cultivated. It's having the brains to uncover the root causes, the EQ to impact change and the drive to desire accountability.

I love#AI and it makes me incredibly more productive but it's not yet advanced enough to replace a human-beings working with other human-beings.
