How Fintech Founders and Salespeople Spend Labor Day Weekend



The Q4 Race Starts Now!



If 30+ years of #fintech sales has taught me anything, it's that Labor Day isn't for rest - it's for revenue planning! 



If you want to hit your 2025 Sales Plan, there's still time...but not much. This upcoming weekend is the most important of the year! You need to be operating on all cylinders come September 2nd and don't even think about pausing until September 22nd. Your (real) pipeline at that point in time is what you can close before year end.



So if you have a lengthy (6+ month) sales cycle, focus your energies on your stagnant pipeline and firms that already know you well. If you're lucky enough to have a shorter process, spend the weekend curating your target list.



Don't be lazy!


 - Spend this weekend drafting outreach.


 - Plan to be on the phone non-stop for the next 14 business days.
